Big and Tall Menswear Refund Policy

At Alfa Wear, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help. so we are clear and transparent with our big and tall menswear refund policy.

Our 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return items for a refund. Items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In their original condition
• With all tags still attached
• In the original packaging (if possible)

How to Request a Refund

To start a return:

1. Contact us with your order number and the items you'd like to return
2. We'll provide you with return instructions
3. Pack your items securely and send them back to us
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund

Refund Processing

Timing: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned items. It may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method. If you paid by credit card, the refund will go back to that card. If you paid via PayPal, it will be refunded to your PayPal account.

Return Shipping Costs

Standard returns: You're responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong item.

Faulty or incorrect items: If you received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, we'll cover the return shipping cost. Just contact us and we'll arrange everything.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? We're happy to help with exchanges. Contact us and we'll guide you through the process to make sure you get the perfect fit.

Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Items that have been worn or washed
• Items with tags removed
• Items that are damaged due to misuse

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. This is covered by our 180 day product warranty

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after the expected timeframe:

1. Check your bank account again
2. Contact your credit card company or bank - processing can sometimes take time
3. If you've done both and still haven't received your refund, contact us and we'll investigate

Sale Items

Sale and discounted items can be returned for a refund, provided they meet our standard return conditions (unworn, unwashed, tags attached, within 30 days).
