1. General
These terms apply to all orders placed through alfawear.co.uk. By placing an order, you confirm that you're at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
2. Products & Pricing
Product descriptions: We do our best to accurately describe our big & tall fitted crew neck tees, including sizes, colours, and materials. However, we can't guarantee that your screen will display colours perfectly.
Pricing: All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but this won't affect orders you've already placed.
Availability: All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we'll contact you to arrange a refund or alternative.
3. Orders & Payment
Order acceptance: When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirmation. This doesn't mean we've accepted your order - we'll send a separate dispatch confirmation when we accept it and ship your items.
Payment: We accept payment through Shopify Payments and other methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.
Order cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraud.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times: We aim to dispatch UK orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days from dispatch, but we can't guarantee specific delivery dates.
Shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Risk of loss: Items become your responsibility once delivered to your address. If you're not home, the carrier may leave items in a safe place or return them to the depot.
5. Returns & Refunds

- You can return unworn, unwashed items within 30 days
- Items must be in original condition with tags attached
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method
- You're responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including images, text, logos, and designs, belongs to Alfa Wear. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any content without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
We're not liable for any indirect losses or damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.
This doesn't affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
